Language goes beyond a sealed system governed by a rigid set of rules. To fully understand the meaning of a word, one must look further than connotation and denotation, and also take context into consideration. In this case, one needs to examine the social, political, economic, and even statistical contexts of the terms.
　
語言並非只是受嚴密規則所約束的封閉系統。為了充分理解一個單詞的意涵，我們不僅要瞭解其本義與引申義，同時還要考慮整個語境。在此一情況下，應要考察社會、政治、經濟甚至統計上的語境。
　
Does “confirmed cases,” for example, mean the same thing in every country before and during the coronavirus outbreak? What about “lockdowns”? Does it mean that the government is advising people to stay home or is someone nailing your door shut? Some food for thought when reading about the coronavirus outbreak.

It has been stated time and again: Italy and Spain have high mortality rates among coronavirus patients, Germany’s is low, and China’s is somewhere between. It may not be that simple. Counting the dead is as flawed and inconsistent as counting the infected. Recent reports say that mortuaries in Wuhan, China, where the disease was first discovered, have ordered thousands more urns than usual, suggesting a much higher death toll than the city’s official count, 2,535. The outbreaks in Wuhan, and parts of Italy and Spain, overwhelmed hospitals, forcing many sick people to ride it out at home. No one knows how many people have recovered or died without ever being tested. And if only the sickest patients are tested, then the number of infections will appear smaller and the percentage who die will seem higher.

Officials often talk about when the epidemic peaks or plateaus — when a country “flattens the curve.” But they rarely specify, the peak of what? And how can we be sure we’re past it? When an outbreak is growing unchecked, more people become infected and more die each day than the day before. On a graph, the curve showing the daily count of new cases has gone from rising sharply to moving sideways — the curve has flattened — and even begun to move downward. That is one corner being turned: The rate of the spread of the virus has slowed down. It takes longer to turn another: the rate of people dying.

想要體驗大草原駿馬奔馳嗎？那麼來到吉爾吉斯就一定要騎馬啊～😆🐎

不過大家都說我們冬季來到鬆克爾湖真的是瘋了！因為位於海拔三千多米，這邊冬季氣溫平均 -20℃ 🥶 連平常在湖邊畜牧的遊牧民族都只從六月待到九月，所以冬季真的不是最好的季節🤣

夏季時這裡可是觀光客多到整個村莊四百多隻馬都不夠人騎啊！🐎 雖然我們很不幸剛好碰到大雪而看不到結凍的鬆克爾湖，但兩天的騎馬行程還是體驗了許多冒險（驚悚）事件😝

其中最嚇人的應該是我的馬突然間超越導遊往前衝！衝到我的帽子都掉了😱 我手抓著死緊，生怕掉下就變成殘廢！那三分鐘感覺有一輩子那麼長💔 我這時才懂「脫韁野馬」的意思😐 也在想武俠小說內主角們在蒙古草原上奔馳的感覺就是這樣的意思嗎？

接著我們沿著結冰的河流前往峽谷。有一段路我導遊的馬就在我馬兒面前滑倒🙀 我的馬也踉蹌了一下，嚇得我心臟差點又跳出來！我可不能保證我不會失去平衡然後掉下馬啊！

York 的馬好像從遠方看到我們這邊發生的事，於是就卡在河中間不願意過河🏞️ York 只好嘗試下馬想要用繩子牽牠過去🐴 沒想到這位先生就在冰上滑一跤！馬兒就眼睜睜地看著牠。打死更不願意過河😐

所以 York 又想要示範一次給牠看其實過河是安全的，結果又滑得四腳朝天！還好導遊後來來牽牠過河，不然這位先生就卡住了😅

這裡的風真的很大，-20℃ 的天氣比帕米爾公路上的-47℃ 還冷🌬️ 到最後我們臉都包緊緊的，露出來的地方都會刺痛。那個凍傷的臉頰才不是健康的小蘋果呢😝

而且有些地方雪也厚到我們需要下馬徒步，只能說當地人可以在如此艱辛的狀況下生存實在是很厲害👀

平常夏季的觀光客是住蒙古包，但是這裡冷到只能住牧馬人的小屋🐴 原來這位先生一個人住在這裡顧馬，而馬的主人住在距離這裡四十分鐘車程的小鎮上！他一定很高興有人來吧！而且他的工作還是要幫遊客們煮飯、鋪棉被呢！實在是很辛苦的工作☹️

這兩天下來我們共騎了34 公里、七個小時的馬🐎 身體真的是要痛死了！再也不會小看騎馬這檔事了😐

這趟雖然沒有看到吉爾吉斯第二大的高山湖，但說真的.... 高山湖、冰凍湖，根本沒有這趟騎馬體驗來得刺激😅 你們說是不是啊？！😂

People said it's crazy that we are visiting Son-Kul in winter🤪 But what else are u suppose to do in Kyrgyzstan other than horse riding🐴🤷

Indeed at -20℃ and 3400M elevation, even the herders only stay here between June and September😛

But I did not almost die from the cold...😕 Instead it was the horse suddenly went NUTS and ran on the snow plain that made me almost had a heart attack😲💔

It was the longest 3 mins of my life, seriously felt like I was gonna die and if I fell & would become handicapped 😨

Then my guide's horse slipped over on icy river in front of my horse😲 Thankfully my horse would tumbled a bit, or else I would definitely fell off...😓

York's horse saw the whole incident so he froze half way crossing the frozen river😐 York got off the horse to try pull him across, but the horse won't move🐴 Instead York slipped in front of him!!! Ofc the horse froze even more. This happened twice (York slipped & fell) until the guide came to rescue him😅

Going up high mountain pass was brutal & cold😖 I swear it felt colder than -47℃ that we experienced on Pamir highway😭

Did not see Song Kul Lake from the view point cz it started a blizzard!!! The snow was so thick every time the horse steps on it, it cracks like a 50cm crack...😱

At the end we even had to get off from the horse just to walk up to the mountain pass cz snow was so thick...🗻

We stayed in a sherpard's hut for the night🏚️ Poor man has to work here alone in mid winter to look after horses🐎 The owner lives in a village 40 min drive away😶

He prepped dinner & breakfast for us using the fish fished from Son Kul Lake🐟 Apparently they drill a hole on the lake & uses fishing nets😬

The long drop was in a paddock where the horses stares at you in darkness while u go pee at night under the stars...🌌

The night was long & wind was strong🌬️ We both woke up with super painful body😑 Our butt, thighs, arms, hands, just EVERYTHING was like hit by a tank 😭

In total the ride on day 1 was 18KM (5 hours) and day 2 was 16KM (3 hours)🐎 I will definitely consider horse riding as a sport now🤣

光感裸膚清透粉底液 (SPF50+ / PA+++) # N-Light

氣味是舒服的淡淡綿羊油味、質地真的夠薄也好推好拍、遮瑕度及格但不到神(遮泛紅優 / 黑眼圈六到七成)，乾掉後會變成漂亮的緞光妝感。毛孔方面一樣也可以遮到六七成左右，用它這段期間本身膚況都不錯，但我可以預想的到，如果我在鼻翼嚴重脫皮期間上這罐一定會蓋不住(不夠油潤)

總結一樣是保濕跟控油度都很不錯，可以讓全臉維持在一個乾爽的狀態。不雷，但沒有其他什麼太讓我驚豔的點，也是要買不買我都隨意～

EASY-TAP蛋形氣墊粉撲

蓬鬆柔軟度很普通、不易吸走臉上過多底妝的氣墊粉撲。
個人最喜歡的點在於，我的三根手指可以順利且不擁擠的套進去，因為男生的手用很多氣墊粉撲就是很常會折到粉撲，容易在臉上拍出粉撲的形狀，用這塊就很舒服的在用。

不過我個人就是很偏愛Beauty Blender，回購太久了也習慣了，所以這塊對我來說就是不雷，要買不買我都隨意。


✅𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙂𝙎𝘼𝙀𝙈𝙈𝙊𝙊𝙇
專業持久定妝蜜粉 (12g) # Bare-skin

上個月為了想拍浴缸水美照，順手用了這罐定妝，結果發現粉質細緻度跟去年大推的THREE散粉差不多、觸感非常驚艷（就像用手指來回摩擦全新開封的A4紙張一樣，會有很明顯的唰唰聲!），最重要的是極度防水、完全沒掉(全臉有泡在熱水浴缸)，非常厲害，是本片最最最最最最最最最推的產品。

這罐真的真的真的要買............

戶外日曬的持妝、控油度度同樣及格，特別是身為冬天也能出汗的民眾表示它目前是我的人生散粉item前三。順道，不管是流汗還是平常點眼藥水流下來，只要用它定妝，就不會有水痕在臉上，配上植村秀無極限持久定妝噴霧，人生圓滿升級。


✅𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙂𝙎𝘼𝙀𝙈𝙈𝙊𝙊𝙇
微粒精華定妝噴霧 (120ml)

3-in-1的保濕噴霧，提升妝容水光感及格不到神，
而最大優點是噴頭非常細緻，用了之後覺得哇植村秀的 #無極限持久定妝噴霧 遇到對手了！

但有一個致命點是：拿來妝前噴也沒什麼感覺、提升水感的功效沒有我愛的MUF還強、也沒有像無極限那瓶有防水的功能。它就是卡在中間，以人比喻的話，就是每次班上都考中間名次的同學，考的大學也沒比前面的同學厲害、出社會賺的也沒比後面的同學找到一技之長還多（對不起我道歉我沒有針對人，只是一個想讓大家懂我意思的比喻）

所以只給兩顆星是因為不雷，但如果打不倒自己手邊很信任的產品，那我的購買意願就會偏低。


✅𝘽𝙊𝘽𝘽𝙄 𝘽𝙍𝙊𝙒𝙉
原生裸色5色影盤 (孫藝珍眼影)

十分滿分的Cool Tone眼盤，一顆亮粉型、一顆珠光型和三顆霧面型組成。沒有一絲一毫暖色感，灰色調重，對於蠻喜歡「冷」眼妝的我來說非常ok。延展跟飽和度方面，BB家一直都不是典型歐美眼影那種風格(例如juvia's place)，乾乾淨淨、素淡清雅，想要更濃也是可以輕易疊加上去。

至於顯不顯臉髒方面，每顆都不會飛粉或溶妝變成艾薇兒，所以不用擔心本身品質不ok；但畫的髒不髒就因人而異囉～

刷在手背普到我想說「欸不是吧呵呵也好淡⋯」，但用刷具打在顴骨就整個美到不行，亮度是那種一出場就要讓路人都看見你今天上打亮的高調。七小時後亮度變淡三成不會掉光，非常喜歡。
